You will be responsible for ensuring that all rooms and public areas meet the standards in our Housekeeping Performance Manual and provide a consistently high level of service to our guests. Your aim is to provide efficient and professional service in accordance with our policies and procedures. We seek a dedicated, proactive, friendly and detail-oriented individual to ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly. Good manners, good communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential. You should also be able to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with other departments.
