Prestige Evergreen

The Prestige Group is building a most beautiful apartment building in Whitefield, Bangalore. It's called Prestige Evergreen. It will open in October 2025. It's bigger than 28 acres and is meant to be the second half of Prestige Raintree Park. The Prestige Evergreen Floor Plan website has 2000 units, with 1, 2, and 3 BHK sizes. The Prestige Evergreen Rent condos here are a good size for the price. They are between 650 and 1900 square feet. People can look at the paper and the official website to find out about prices. In October 2025, the building part will begin. It was agreed by RERA and the partners that the work will end in December 2028.
