Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and movements.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards in the storage area.
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to forecast inventory needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Inventory Executive or similar role, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
