Key Responsibilities

 

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing business clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and market trends.
  • Present, promote, and sell our jewellery products to business clients.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent Gehna Jewellers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales.

 

Requirements

 

  • Proven experience as a B2B Salesperson, preferably in the jewellery industry.
  • Strong understanding of the jewellery market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
