Responsibilities

 

Admissions Management:

 

  • Handle inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Guide applicants through the admission process, including application review and coordination of entrance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of student applications, admissions status, and communications.

 

Student Services:

  • Provide comprehensive support to students from enrollment through to graduation.
  • Assist with orientation programs and other student-related events.
  • Address student concerns and queries promptly, offering solutions or escalating issues as needed.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain and update student records in compliance with institutional policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare reports related to admissions and student services activities.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in admissions or student services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
