Looking for Female Greeter for Madurai at Bhima Jewellery

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Greeter to join our team. 
 

Greeter Job Responsibility

• Should be a presentable person with pleasing attitude
• Preferably from hospitality background or retail, who understands how to welcome and engage a walk-in pleasantly
• Should be fluent in local language as well as English
• Welcoming customers and guiding them to respective department for purchasing jewels. 
• Clear any doubts of the customers
• Provide information on our current sales and promotions
• Help keep track of how many guests are seen throughout the day
• Greet customers with a warm, friendly smile and offer assistance 
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Answer customers’ questions with accurate information and politely direct them to the appropriate department 
• Ensure the store is kept clean and tidy 
• Assist in maintaining store displays and promotional material

Greeter Job Requirements

• Education: Any degree
• Should have pleasing personality and welcoming voice.
• Excellent communication skills
• Atleast 1 years of experience as a greeter.
• Languages known: Tamil and English
• Previous experience in customer service 
• Outgoing and friendly personality 
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
   
   

Timings: 9:30am to 8:30pm

Female candidate preferred

Age: 21-28 years
