International Sales Officer at Zweler Gems Diamond Jewellery

The role involves sales of Jewellery and certified diamonds with existing and new clients in the International market and India and also need Experience in B2B trading and sales in the Jewellery industry.

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Understanding of the Jewellery market and prices. 
• Diamond-related knowledge including certificates and grading, i.e. GIA, HRD, IGI, etc. 
• Respond to all customer queries in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 
• Highlight issues through feedback based on customer demand to meet their needs. Well-organized and self-motivated. 
• Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines. 
• Communicates effectively, oral and written to identify and document necessary information.

Good communication skills both written and oral.
