Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
- Managing office supplies
- Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
- Ensure appropriate follow up with customers.
- Act as the point of contact between the customers and internal/external clients
- Handle requests and queries appropriately of the customers
- Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them
- Managing scheduling and appointments
- Arranging meetings and other events
- Managing mail/fax communications
Skills:
- Able to work independently
- Self motivated, confident and energetic at all times.
- Flexible-Able to adapt to changing situations.
- Good Communication skills.
- Exhibits honest and trustworthiness.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented, well organized and able to multitask with great follow up skills.
- Bachelor's degree(MBA Fresher)
