Responsibilities:

 

  • Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
  • Managing office supplies
  • Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
  • Ensure appropriate follow up with customers.
  • Act as the point of contact between the customers and internal/external clients
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately of the customers
  • Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them
  • Managing scheduling and appointments
  • Arranging meetings and other events
  • Managing mail/fax communications
