Welcome, Greet, guide and directing the customers appropriately.
Receive customers including co-ordination with employees.
Keeps reception area clean and tidy all the time by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Inform customer arrival to concern jewellery section.
Ensure smooth operations while dealing with customers.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of front office.
Provide assistance in general administrative activities.
Excellent communication skills & a pleasing voice.
Confident enough to handle calls.
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Good time management abilities.
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 0- 3yrs (Fresher’s can also apply)
