Sales Executive at JKJ Jewellers

JKJ Jewellers is  looking to hire Sales executive for sales and services for their Jaipur location.

Responsibilities 

• Explain products and services to customers.
• Understand the buying power of the region.
• Welcome and identify customer needs.
• Enter and process customer orders in a fast-paced environment
• Cross-sell / up-sell the products 
• Ensure inventories are full and on track
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak season times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative
• Understanding of the retail sales process in the Industry
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures, Quality and Purchasing
• Basic math skills and analytical skills is required
• Track record of achieving sales quotas in the previous role is critical
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• At least Graduate Degree in Marketing or related field is plus
