Job Description
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Suggest ways to improve sales, providing marketing department with real time feedback
Customer service
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Actively seek out customers in store
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Perform timely follow up
Inventory management
- Running periodical physical stock inventory
- Supervising correct pricing of the items
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas that all items are in a good condition and working
- Comply with inventory control procedures
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years' sales experience in high end Boutique (Jewellery & Watches)
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales target
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Experience in luxury retail, watches and Jewellery
- Precious stones knowledge
- Understanding of mechanical watches
- Established clientele database in Abu Dhabi
