Hiring for Area sales manager with excellent track record in setting up sales, channel management & trade marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Build a presence for MMTC-PAMP across channels in line with its position as a Global
leader in the precious metals space. - Develop and expand jewellery partners eco-system.
- Deliver to defined targets of products, distribution and revenue.
- Align with key customers to ensure the company maintains a preferred partner status.
- Ensures highest levels of consumer satisfaction.
- He should be good networking connect with Jewellers across Haryana region
- Having experience to sell gold coin up to 15 kg / month.
- At least dealing with 20 to 25 whole sellers in location area.
- Actively involved in branding/promotion etc
Critical capabilities:

Excellent track record in setting up sales, channel management & trade marketing.
Expert knowledge about the Jewellery markets.
Excellent relationship & rapport with the Jewellery segment esp gold & silver.
Effective & structured communicator.
Ownership of Key Account(s) and achieve targets alongside. - Entrepreneurial mindset
Capability to run the sales portfolio as a revenue & profit centre - Financial acumen
Sound Business Financial and Numerical expertise
Deliver sales forecast to grow market share
Ensure cost optimization thru sharp execution and meeting productivity - Compliance
Able to follow judiciously all contracts and strict adherence to compliance framework
Customer onboarding through proper and complete Legal documentation

- Proven track record of success in building channels along with chalking out clear goals
& strategies and map the path to achieve them. - Managing Partnerships & Alliances.
- Ability to manage existing partnerships and build new ones retail jewellers.
Location: Remote mode but need to meet the customers at their locations within the assigned region.
