We are looking for Area Sales Manager for Aurangabad Location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure increase in primary and secondary business goals
- Meeting doctors on day to day basis to convenience them to prescribe our products
- Provide inputs for business development strategies
- Monitor and train field team to ensure target achievements
- Coordinate with head office staff for maintaining inventory levels
- Generating and maintaining data for each field member to monitor performance and forecasting business opportunities
- Coordinating and ensure all the CRM approvals and disbursements based on facts submitted
- Training field team to address day to day queries and educating on new products
- Incentive planning and execution for field team
- Relationship building with our clients and doctors for continuous business

Academic Requirements (Any one mandatory)
- Bachelors in Pharmacy/Masters in Marketing
Job Requirements
- At least 7 years experience in relevant industry
- Min of 3 years of managerial role experience in pharma sector
- Knowledge of product management development
- Sales Marketing experience of pharmaceuticals
- Experience of relevant region industry working and dynamics
- Effective excellent communication convincing skills
- Vision for futuristic pharmaceutical market
