Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Provide expert knowledge on our products, including gold and diamond jewelry, to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Conduct sales transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all product lines, promotions, and store policies.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the store.
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the presentation of the store.
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and follow-ups professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends in the jewelry industry.

Requirements:

• diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation and sales-driven mentality.
• Basic understanding of computer and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Fluent in English and Tamil.
