Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process of gold bangles, from conceptualization to the final product.
• Ensure that production meets quality standards and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with the design team to implement new and innovative designs into production.
• Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize production processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production area.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the production team to achieve set objectives.
• Prepare and manage the production budget.
• Liaise with suppliers and negotiate prices for raw materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Strong understanding of gold jewelry manufacturing processes, especially in bangles production.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A bachelor's degree
