We are looking for Assistant Sales Manager in (Gold & Diamond) section for our Madurai region.

Key Responsibilities

•  Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. 
• Building relationships to drive repeat clientele. 
• Constantly monitor the overall operations of the store that affect sales including customer satisfaction, ambience, cleanliness, and decor and service standards. 
• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines. 
• Ensures the immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints by self and staff.
• You will acquire local market intelligence about the premiums/discounts which are being offered by the competition.

Requirements

The Candidate should have Min 5 years of experience in the Jewellery Retail industry and Min 3 years of Assistant sales manager who handles precious stones, Gold & Diamond in any Reputed Jewellery industry,

Education - +2, Diploma or Any degree 

Age - Must be below 35 years
