
Job Description
Roles & responsibilities -
• To look for jewellery vendors based out of India who can ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining the quality standards
• To get the new product development done in India for new designs in jewellery
• To raise orders time to time to the vendors
• To monitor all open purchase orders & pro-active follow-ups with the vendors
• Deliver a weekly purchase order report to management that indicates the required order details for all closed purchase orders & updates on delayed orders
• Work with the inventory management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders
• Coordinate with demand-side team to ensure that OOS scenarios are minimized.
