Roles and Responsibilities

1. To ensure timely delivery as per CRM required date.
2. To receive and check the newly received Order.
3. To check for Orders should reach the respective depts., Wax Order Generation and entry into Tracking Sheet, Demand Generation accordingly, Promise Date availability, Goods Receiving as per Promise Date,
4. Updation on Demand copy and Report Generation for timely completion of individual domains.
5. Checking of all orders to be entered properly Unit wise, Their demand dates should be updated. MMR should be updated. Findings should be updated.
6. Confirm Updation and maintain order amendment.
7. Analyse the Order requirements with the team and to plan thereafter the execution of the orders.
8. To maintain Norms of the workers, departmental strength and its capacity.
9. To plan and execute ways to for trouble shooting of any expected issues in procurement of raw material or in Production Process.
10. Analysis of Production and Productivity Report.
11. Daily Production Meeting with Production- GM towards timely delivery and Action Plan accordingly.
12. Providing CRM and Customer Wise Open Orders List to CRMs and respective Managers. Coordinate with Production Units and CRMs.
13. Generation of Production Schedule (Not Started).
14. To organize meetings on delays like-Hand Made Jewellery, Hand Made Findings, MMR, Delays and Expected Delayed Shipment.
15. Report Generation: Load Profile Report- Delay Reports to CRMs, Consolidated Open Order List.
16. To maintain Setting department account.
17. To maintain Stringing department account.
18. To organise stock inventory on monthly basis.
19. To do random audit for Inventory on monthly basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Graduate/ Btech/ MBA

2. Experience- 4-7 yrs. of Gems & Jewellery Industry experience only
