Job Description

We are hiring candidates for Back office Co ordinator for  Mumbai location.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Gathering and processing research data
  • Should Perform in handling and processing orders, co-ordination with MIS
  • Assisting and coordinating with the sales team
  • Feed Customer details in CRM and to send emails to customers if required.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree with  1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems, advanced excel & Data maintenance.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
