Job Description
We are hiring candidates for Back office Executive for Mumbai location.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Gathering and processing research data
- Should Perform in handling and processing orders, co-ordination with MIS
- Assisting and coordinating with the sales team
- Feed Customer details in CRM and to send emails to customers if required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems, advanced excel & Data maintenance.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
