Job Description

We are hiring for Back Office Executive for one of the reputed jewellery company in Mumbai Location.

 

Job Responsibilities -
 

  • Try to minimize the aging stock, and branch requirements are met timely.
  • Collaborating with the suppliers on new innovation.
  • Meeting vendors on behalf of management/internal department to ensure product quality, capacity, and delivery issues.
  • Locate alternate suppliers to sustain and plan production.
  • Work cooperatively with cross-functional teams to manage supplier relationships
  • Analyze all price quotes; work with vendors to ensure target costs are achieved.
  • Perform effective administrative functions of filing purchase orders/support.
  • Inspecting branches periodically to verify the physical stock with records maintained and shuffle non moving stock.
  • Complete execution of Jewellery collections as per customer brief till the sampling.
  • Ensure ideas stock of inventory is planned and maintained via replenishment of stock
  • Periodically make list store wise and ensure its availability in store.
  • Coordinate with a visual merchandiser to ensure proper display and packaging are maintained.
  • Maintain store order and repair

 

Criteria required - 

  • Experience as a  Employee at Jewellery stores.
  • Should have minimum 2 years of experience in only jewellery field.
  • Language Known - English / Hindi/Marathi
  • Should have Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
     

 

 

Job Requirements

Experience: 3 years
