We are looking for a Male candidate within the Age of 35yr to 40yrs  with atleast 15+ yrs of experience in Retail Jewellery Industry and should have supervised 100+ employees in a brach. 

Job Description 

a. To ensure achieve the target on a daily basis of all products and schemes. b. To add on sizeable new customers month on month. c. To give excellent customer service. d. To ensure that all products and promotional materials are available at all times for effective selling. e. To ensure Visual Merchandising is followed as per Company SOPs. f. Complete in-charge of Profit & Loss of the branch. g. Product Melas’ are conducted frequently to sustain customers, also to attract new customers h. To conduct training to Staff on Company’s Policies, Procedures, Process etc. on a regular basis. i. To ensure Buddy training is followed in true spirit. j. To develop staff to participate and get prizes in the inter / intra branch competitions organized by GM / SH. k. To ensure 100% conversion on all days. l. To assist staff whenever they find to difficult to close the transaction. m. To drive in such a way that Thangamayil should be first choice in the business of Gold, Silver, Diamond, Jewellery Schemes in all Districts (to cover all the areas of the district to which the branch locates) n. To have updated competitors details at all times. o. To ensure Zero complaint in Internal Audit checking. (ie.100% process compliance) p. Should have handled minimum 100 staff in a single branch / showroom q. Should be in a position to bring in minimum customer walk-in of 350 to 375 on a daily basis
