Job Summary:

  • The business development Executive is responsible for bringing in new business for the company through a variety of sales techniques.
  • Candidates to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales overseas and developing contacts globally.

 

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
· Working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right merchandise.

· You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

· Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.

· A good understanding of Loose Jewellery and experience in the required field are most important. Exposure to the overseas market is also necessary.

· Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.

· Previous new business experience ideally from a company in the same or similar industry.

· Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

· Business Cycle Management, Account Management and selling multiple solutions offered by the company

· Plan approaches and pitch.

· Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns and objectives.

· Solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in the preparation of proposals. Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues on a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.

· Strengthen the company's direct sales and business development capabilities.

· Run targeted sales & marketing campaigns for business development.

· You will be directly involved in discussions with the end client globally.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Effective Communication and Presentation Skills

· Strong analytical, networking and management skills.

· Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment.

· Adapt new knowledge to increase productivity.

· Understand the fundamentals of online sales.

. The candidate must have a two-wheeler with a valid License. Must have age between 20 - 35 years.

Should have minimum 2-3 years of sales experience especially in selling Jewellery.
