Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Act as a complete back end support for the customer interacting teams (Online, TAH & Stores) 
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with internal teams 
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools to the customer interacting teams Keep records of internal interactions, process customer account related information in the back end. 
  • Take the extra mile to engage with internal teams.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to update the customer interacting teams 

 

Requirement: 

 

  • Willingness to work in shifts & weekends (Night Shifts).
  • Preferred Arts & Science Graduate (Freshers are also Fine), Graduate mandatory. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Must be very comfortable using Excel spreadsheet for inputting and tracking customer data etc.
