We are looking for a representative to handle customer service and Cashier duties.

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Serves customers by helping them to select products. 

2. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. 

3. Greets and receives customers and responds to customers questions. 

4. Directs customers by escorting them to counters. 

5. Provides outstanding customer service. 

6. Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records. 

7. Manages financial transactions.

 8. Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards. 

9. Alerts management of potential security issues. 

10. Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. 

11. Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

Experience:

2 years of experience in customer service and handling cashier duties.
