
Job Description
We are looking for Customer Relationship Executive who can help in driving the sales with good knowledge in jewellery.
Responsibilities :
- Efficiently operate the store’s office according to all policies and procedures.
- Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
- Processing customer transactions.
- Balance store closing and nightly paperwork.
- Processing orders, sales and transfers of merchandise.
- Handling incoming phone calls and responding to general inquiries.
- Evaluate and document condition of customers merchandise for repair.
- Inspect merchandise and completed repair for quality control standards.
- Knowledge of ASC operating system a plus.
Skills:
Individuals must be able to multi-task and be detailed and number oriented. Teamwork and support for all areas of the store is a must.
