Job Description
Role Title – Customer Relationship Officer
Direct Reporting Relationship – Team Leader / Area Manager
Role Summary:
CRO will be responsible for the allotted Territory, Customer Servicing, Prototypes/Dummy Inventory Management, Leads Management & Conversion, Achieving S ales Target.
The role shall be based out of the showroom/Office to which the executive has been assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the CRO include, but are not limited to the following -
● Customer Calling - Calling the customer as per the daily leads allotment.
● Prototypes /Dummy Inventory arrangement - Assist Customers in purchasing leading to Sales conversion carrying prototypes as per the customer requirements to buy jewellery - Cross-sell/up-sell
● Responsible for providing great customer experience
● Knowledge in data management, leads management, follow Process & Protocols, Grooming as per company standards
● Well versed with time management, Grievance management, query handling and other product knowledge.

● 2 to 4 years of Relevant experience

● Presentable physical appearance and grooming
● Secure family background
● Ability to speak local language and English
● Ready to Travel / Should have own vehicle
