Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the casting process from wax pattern to finished castings, ensuring adherence to specified tolerances and quality standards.
• Lead a team of technicians and artisans, providing training and guidance to ensure skill development and process adherence.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to streamline operations and implement process improvements.
• Manage the preparation of metal alloys, casting equipment, and investment materials.
• Monitor the maintenance of casting equipment and tools to ensure continuous operation and minimal downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Conduct regular quality checks and coordinate with the Quality Control department to address any issues promptly.
• Manage inventory levels of casting supplies and materials, forecasting needs, and placing orders to avoid production delays.
• Innovate and adopt new technologies and methods to enhance casting processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in jewelry casting within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of precious metals and their properties.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology and its application in jewelry manufacturing.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
