Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory management and ensure accuracy in stock levels, orders, and data entries.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Monitor inventory transactions and maintain records of all stock movements.
• Analyze inventory trends and manage forecasting to optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales departments to align inventory with demand.
• Conduct regular physical inventories and reconciliations.
• Manage the inventory team, providing training and development as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present inventory reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in inventory management, preferably within the luxury goods or jewellery industry.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Proficient in inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
