Key Responsibilities:

• Buffing and Polishing: Perform high-quality buffing and polishing of jewelry pieces to ensure they meet Devji Diamonds' standards of excellence.
• Surface Preparation: Prepare jewelry surfaces for finishing by removing imperfections and prepping them for further processing.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished pieces for quality, ensuring that all products meet the high standards expected by Devji Diamonds and its customers.
• Maintenance: Maintain and clean buffing equipment and work area, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers and artisans, to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional finished products.
• Adherence to Safety Protocols: Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in jewelry buffing and polishing, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of different metals and gemstones used in jewelry making.
• Familiarity with buffing tools and techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
