• Require Assorters to assort loose white diamonds for all sizes under Loupe Glass • All Sizes(0.18 up,+11,+ 6 ½ ,-6 ½ ,-2 ) White & Color Goods : – For Full Cut Assortment To Assort 12 Numbers & More. • Should have knowledge of MM to Carat Size Conversion and should have experience using sieves • Assorting and shading of natural gemstones • Assorting and grading of Uncut Polki’s Skill required: • Attention to detail • Focus on the quality of the raw material • Focus on the cut of the loose diamonds • Reference from the diamond industry is an absolute must
