Role and Resposibilities- 

• Skil in manual engraving on gold (i.e.
• Handle and prepare diamonds for submitting to GIA.
• Antique style hand engraving, center stone all shapes setting.
• Gain proficiency in laser repair and fabrication for gold and platinum, and polish in accordance with strict brand standards.
• Fabricate, finish and evaluate the quality of gems and diamonds used in jewelry or industrial tools.
• Estimate wholesale and retail value of gems, following pricing guides, market fluctuations, and other relevant economic factors.
• Experience setting colored stones and fancy cut stones
• Understanding of the following tools: burrs, gravers, burnishers and other jewelry related tools
• Ability to communicate issues clearly in a team environment and effectively interact with multiple staff levels
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and partnership skills
