Ranka Jewellers (Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune) has set up an e-commerce website www.rankajewellers.in to give people access to jewellery from the comfort of their homes. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term future in the jewellery industry and who will look into this division entirely.

The ideal candidate has experience in the retail industry. Must have a strong willingness to learn and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing work allocated within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to team members and will be answerable directly to the Director of Ranka Jewellers.

Responsibilities

• Take lead of entire ecommerce website- logistics, operations, marketing with timely guidance from director
• Set project timeline
• Be point of contact between Ranka Jewellers and website developers.
• Monitor project deliverables
• Oversee marketing and collaborations
• Update team members and director on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in the retail field and knowledge about product consumption
• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Passion for jewellery
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of jewellery
• Ability to understand and use technology
• Ability to speak English and Hindi
