Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Support the production team in the preparation and organization of materials and tools.
• Conduct quality control checks on jewelry pieces at different stages of production.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including materials, tools, and finished products.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Assist in packaging and preparing pieces for shipment.
• Follow and enforce safety protocols within the production area.
• Provide administrative support to the production manager as needed.

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent; additional certification in jewelry design or manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the jewelry industry for 5 years.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
