We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Back Officer to join our prestigious  jewellery company in Mumbai. 

As a Senior Sales Back Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operations of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to the sales team by managing all back-office tasks efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain an organized system for inventory management and stock control.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and identifying trends.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor analysis.
• Foster strong customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Back Officer or similar role within the fine jewellery industry.
• Excellent knowledge of jewellery products, materials, and industry standards.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales-related tasks.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
