Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of goods based on sales forecasts and inventory targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze sales trends and adjust inventory plans accordingly.
  • Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to inventory management.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and forecast inventory needs.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Knowledge of the jewelry industry and its products is highly desirable.
