Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Oversee the presentation of jewelry collections, ensuring they are displayed attractively and securely.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and events that enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Manage inventory, including ordering new stock, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring the availability of best-selling pieces.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and in a manner that upholds the brand's reputation.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail sales management, preferably in the luxury jewelry sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- Knowledge of jewelry products and trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
