Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Oversee the presentation of jewelry collections, ensuring they are displayed attractively and securely.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and events that enhance brand visibility and sales.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering new stock, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring the availability of best-selling pieces.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and in a manner that upholds the brand's reputation.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail sales management, preferably in the luxury jewelry sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of jewelry products and trends.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
