The Retail Assistant Store Manager for a Jewelry Store is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations to ensure the achievement of sales targets, exceptional customer service, and efficient store administration. 

They will assist in leading and motivating a team of sales associates to deliver an unforgettable shopping experience for customers.

Asst Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
2. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Assist in achieving sales targets by driving sales through product knowledge, suggestive selling techniques, and effective upselling.
4. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques to enhance their performance.
5. Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
6. Collaborate with the Store Manager on staff performance evaluations, training needs assessment, and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and drive sales.
8. Handle cash register operations accurately, including opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

Must have atleast 8 years of Experience

Basic English Communication Skills is enough

Must have experience working as Sr Sales Executive or ASM in Jewelry Store
