We at Malabar Gold and Diamonds are looking for Associate Trainee - Sales & Services for our Rajkot Location having knowledge of Sales and services related to Jewellery industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Understand sales techniques by observing sales staff, acquiring product knowledge, and supporting to complete the sales transaction. 

- Responsible to achieve the individual sales target. 

- Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.

 - Acquire product knowledge and learn & understand how to sell. 

- Build awareness of the products and services provided by the competitors and report to superiors on the latest trends in the market. 

- Responsible for a proper and attractive display of the products. 

- Count & tally the stock on a daily basis and ensure proper handling of products. 

- Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall. 

- Assist in BTL marketing.

- Ability & desire to sell 

- Confident & determined approach 

- Customer service skills

Qualifications:

Any Graduate (ANY FIELD)
