We are looking for an ambitious Grader for our organization. The goal is to drive growth through boosting Demand in Mobile Lab Certification for Gems and Diamonds and Maintaining Grading System & Accuracy within stipulated standards.

• Note: If incase the candidate is relocating we will give him accommodation (Stay)

Requirement: Jewellery industry background, Passionate in sales

Fresher:
The grader should have knowledge of Jewelry & Loose diamond both if incase one then still can be
considered. Should have knowledge of color, fancy & white diamond.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Observe, assess, and documented clarity, color, and other features of diamonds.
• Measure and verify the properties of all given diamonds with accuracy.
• Implement laboratory’s standard grading procedures and Comply with international grading system.
• Identify and document clarity characteristics on a plot diagram, assign polish, symmetry, and clarity grades within the Diamond Grading System.
• Formulate clarity, polish and symmetry grades based on diamond characteristics
• Generate comprehensive plots of all blemishes and inclusions found on the surface and within a diamond
• Interpret input data for each diamond, and coordinate with team for smooth workflow during grading.
   

Requirements:
 

• Proven working experience as a grader or a relevant role
• Proven track record
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
