  • Prepare CTC Structure Confirm same from management
  • Company Policy-Addition / Deletion / Amendment /
  • Alteration and also Update the same to Employees.
  • Generate Report Daily From System Leave Management, Attendance Working.
  • Salary Working- Payment Process- Make Salary On Time.
  • Proper Deduction Of PF / ESIC / PT / TDS On Salary / MLWF / Loan / Advance
  • Payroll Knowledge along with Tally Payroll
  • Opening Salary Account of New Employees
  • Employee Documentation
  • Coordinating with employees for their issues and solving their problem
  • Drafting Letters
  • Making Statutory Payment on Time I.e PF / ESIC / PT / TDS / MLWF
  • Email work
  • Providing high level administrative & executive assistance to Managing partners.
  • Handling personal and official confidential documentation for Managing partners.
  • Follow up with the internal team for updates on tasks assigned & require reports to be given.
  • Maintaining Stationery and inventory printing (Visiting Cards, letterHeads, Envelopes, ID cards, etc.)
  • Look after day to day routine activities and Communicating within office premises and external parties on behalf of superior
  • Processing reimbursement for managing partner
    Coordination with Sales & Mkt Team from respective cities.
  • Coordinating with the departments regarding Sales Targets.
  • Language Known - Hindi, English, Marathi
