The HR Manager for a Jewellery Retailer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the company. 

This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

HR Manager Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
- Provide guidance and support to managers regarding employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage the compensation and benefits program, including setting salary ranges and administering employee benefits.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

HR Manager Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience in retail or luxury goods industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership ability with a focus on delivering results.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
