Job Description-

• Launch Calendar Planning- To plan collections and calendar as per the events, festivals and market trends.
• To prepare roll out plan (collection launch) for at least 3 months prior.
• To take approval from management and internal team if any changes are required in the plan.
• To share the roll launch plan with agencies.
• Collection Planning
• To brief the design team or vendor to develop the new samples.
• Sample selection follow up from the vendors, design team and factory.
• To planning of collection at least 6 months prior to launch.
• To plan offers for special events like Mother’s Day, Rakhi, Women’s Day etc.
• To plan required photoshoot for the collection on prior basis.
• To share required content with agencies before launch.

Skills-

• 0-1 years of experience in merchandising
• Proficient in planning, organizing & executing
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking
• Intermediate knowledge of excel
