The Retail Jewelry Sales Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in the jewelry department of Zoya Store. 

This role requires a strong knowledge of different types of jewelry, including diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals, as well as the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. 

The Retail Jewelry Sales Representative will also be responsible for maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the jewelry department.

Retail Jewelry Store Job Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect piece of jewelry based on their preferences and budget
- Educate customers about the quality, value, and unique features of the various jewelry products available
- Provide accurate information about pricing, warranties, and after-sales services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance repeat business and customer loyalty
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings
- Maintain a visually appealing display of jewelry products by arranging them in an attractive manner
- Ensure all jewelry is properly cleaned, polished, and ready for sale
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

Requirements:

- Proven experience with Jewelry Retail Sales

- Atleast 1+ yrs experience with Jewelry Retail Sales

-Good Communication Skills

-Male is Preferred
