We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in the jewelry industry. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. 

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the jewelry industry and its unique recruitment challenges.

HR Recruiter Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the jewelry industry
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry associations, and other recruitment sources
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in jewelry recruitment
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and selection criteria

HR recruiter job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the jewelry industry
- Deep knowledge of the jewelry industry, including understanding different roles within the manufacturing unit
