The Counter Sales Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service while selling products and services in a retail environment.
Counter Sales Executive positions require a combination of retail sales experience and excellent customer service skills. These professionals are responsible for providing assistance to customers in a retail setting, as well as driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets.
As a Counter Sales Executive, you must be an organized individual with great interpersonal abilities. Moreover, you need exceptional communication skills that allow you to effectively interact with customers in order to meet their needs and maximize profits.
Your duties include stocking shelves, processing payments, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining store displays, keeping records of transactions and tracking inventory levels. Ideally, successful candidates possess previous experience working as a Retail Sales Executive or Sales Officer in the retail industry.
The position requires the ability to work with customers, process payments, and answer inquiries.
