Job Description:

Are you passionate about jewelry and skilled in the art of sales? We are seeking a Jewelry Counter Sales Specialist to join our Retail Showroom team. 

This role requires a consultative sales approach to identify, qualify, and close opportunities with both new and existing customers.
 

Responsibilities:

• Excel at creating and closing new opportunities through counter sales at our Retail Showroom.
• Utilize a consultative approach to selling, leveraging your expertise to identify and qualify leads.
• Successfully cultivate business relationships with new and existing customer accounts.
• Manage complex negotiations, particularly with our esteemed High Net Worth Clients.
• Build rapport and foster long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
   

Qualifications:

• 4 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently surpassing sales quotas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for articulating the value of our jewelry offerings.
• Demonstrable Emotional Intelligence (EQ), enabling you to connect on a deeper level with customers and understand their preferences.
