
Job Description
We are looking for a HR Executive who are Experienced in HR Statutories with good communication for Mumbai location.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit.
- Secure candidates from offers negotiation to on boarding.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience from HR field.
- Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit.
- Track Record in sourcing and attracting right talents.
- Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Preferred from manufacturing or from jewellery background, but not mandatory.
