• Explain products and services to customers.
• Understand the buying power of the region.

• Merchandise jewellery displays and keeps an inventory.
• Responsible for the Sales Counter.
• Display all items on the counter correctly as per the approved format. Make sure that all trays are filled and are without any empty slots.
• Responsible to check stocks/items received from Store Room and tally them with the previous day's closing stock.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update knowledge of product inventory and pricing.
• Provide excellent customer service while handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Process payments and complete transactions.
• Monitor sales trends to adjust product offerings and services. 
• Generate reports on sales metrics and performance

Retail Sales Executive Job Requirements

• Minimum experience in sales as well as freshers are welcome.
• Interest in sales, and customer service in the jewellery industry is a big plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication skills
• Candidate should be well groomed, honest and trustworthy.
• Educational qualification - Minimum Plus 2/Diploma/Degree
