We are looking for IT Support Engineer with 1 to 2 Year Experience for Bengaluru location. Candidate should be able to provide Floor / remote support to users for their IT related queries etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Looking for person to independently handle Level 1 support for end clients
• Provide Onsite Floor Support / Remote Assistance and resolve problems to end users
• Desktop performance monitoring and optimization, should handle daily technical support activities on desktop support.
• Hardware devices Assembling and troubleshooting.
• Create backup and recovery system, preparing systems & Laptop for the users as per policy of the company.
• Handling computer wi-Fi Setup
• Microsoft Outlook installation and configuration, Office 365 email configuration
• Installation of Windows OS 7, 8, 10 etc. updating windows
• Installation and Configuration of Printer, scanner and Projector
• Managing LAN & WAN, network resources Configuration
• Applications installation like Antivirus, Acrobat Reader, Microsoft office
• IT asset inventory management

Qualifications and Skills

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Diploma
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Male Candidate Preferred**
